DIGITAL CUSTOM INVOICE

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST

  • Our digital custom invoice works without internet or wifi.
  • It is compatible with most computers, tablets and mobile phones but sometimes due to insufficient memory or privacy settings it might affect it’s performance on your phone so it is best if used with tablet or computer.
  • All of your invoice copies must be saved manually.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR INVOICE

  • Fill the information of your INVOICE by adding your BUSINESS NAME, BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER, BUSINESS ADDRESS, BUSINESS EMAIL and BUSINESS WEB PAGE if it applies.
  • Upload business LOGO (PNG format with no background 300 pixels) if it applies or use a white background if no logo needed or desired because once you SAVE PERMANENTLY everything will save as is.
  • Add your services by clicking on the ADD SERVICES button (you only have a limit of 6 services that can be edited any time but only saved once) but you can also leave your invoice without adding services because you can always add them later in case you add a new service or remove one so it’s best if not adding any.
  • Then after you added all of your information and double check you can click on SAVE PERMANENTLY and a file will download to your device but if you missed something or misspell something no worries you can delete your downloaded file and start over again.

  • You agree that you only have permission to sell our digital custom invoice as a provider, not as the owner of our system.
  • You agree that you will use our system responsibly, intending only to make extra money or provide an additional service in your business, not to scam or take advantage.
  • You agree that before you start selling our digital custom invoice, you are familiar with how our system works.
  • You agree that you are responsible for addressing your customers’ questions and needs.
  • You agree that RDI DECALS can end this program without explanation at any time if we suspect abuse in our system.
  • You agree that if you are printing an invoice, you are doing so from your downloaded copy.
  • you agree you have read our instructions of how our system works.
  • You agree that you have read all of our terms by clicking AGREE.
